  I hope to update this but time will tell. Was considering switching to this Walgreen’s and I called to verify they accept my insurance. 3 phone calls. It tells you what to ask for by department which I did each time but recording didn’t acknowledge the response. Eventually it says let’s try the keypad. I selected my option. It replied, thanks for calling and disconnected. Same result 3 times. Why try 3 times? In trying to give them the benefit of the doubt... maybe that is what happens when the line I want is busy?. No love. I tried different extensions each time and the result was the same each time. I would want to be sure people could call in but maybe they are just too busy. Think I will stay where I am.
